UnumProvident underwriters are available to listen to the unique needs of the insurance advisor and their clients, to explain requirements that are needed or decisions that are made, or to recommend alternative solutions. This toll-free convenience is the latest in a series of enhancements to UnumProvident’s customer service of the individual and multi-life market. These enhancements began in the fall of 2003 with the launch of the Enhanced Sales Program, a service team dedicated to the needs of individual brokers selling single-life individual income protection and individual long term care.
