Guidewire Software, a company offering software products to P&C insurers, has released the Live MyAgents app for insurers going to market through the independent agency channel. And, Utica First Insurance Co., a regional P&C insurance carrier specializing in small contractors, restaurants, retail stores, offices and homeowners insurance, has selected the MyAgents app.
MyAgents will make it easier for Utica First’s marketing representatives to view a complete picture of agency performance, and stay current through real-time updates and alerts, Utica First said.
MyAgents is a web-based app designed for browser and mobile use that is designed to improve insight into agency performance, gets everyone on the same page, and shifts the focus to proactive steps that can increase sales, retention and productivity. The application uses internal and third-party data sources to turn subjective information into objective information.
Guidewire Live MyAgents offers insurance field marketers and territory managers metrics, guidance, and support tools to work with their producer channels to drive market share. The app shortens and simplifies the preparation time needed for insurer/agency visits, and assures all parties are working from the same data.
