Pang will be responsible for managing and continuing to build the business of Aon Consulting's Global Research Center, which gives strategic attention to human capital issues of concern to boards and executive management. He and his team will focus on creating and disseminating thought leadership in Aon Consulting's core areas of expertise, including executive performance and compensation, executive leadership and talent management to clients and prospects in Asia and worldwide.
