Tobias is a commercial insurance brokerage company serving clients both domestically and internationally, and the business will continue under the leadership of Nick J. Rutigliano, according to AssuredPartners.
AssuredPartners adds that Tobias offers a mix of insurance products and services, including P&C, surety and employee benefits. Tobias works with a wide array of industries, with a strong focus on construction. This acquisition will expand strategically AssuredPartners’ footprint in the Midwest.
