Clear Choice Names Cline Executive VP and COO

Bend, Ore. - Randy Cline has been named executive vice president and chief operating officer for Clear Choice Health Plans Inc., which offers health insurance, including Medicare Advantage plans, commercial plans, individual plans and third-party administration to individuals and businesses throughout Oregon In this role, he will be responsible for strategic planning and business development, external affairs, internal operations, IT, human resources, marketing, sales, underwriting and corporate communications. Cline joined Clear Choice Health Plans in 2006 as its chief marketing executive. Prior to joining Clear Choice Health Plans, Randy was senior vice president of a Blue Cross Blue Shield plan with a wide range of responsibilities at the executive level.
