Combined Insurance has selected Pactera Technology International software to enhance product development and speed to market, the company announced today.
The Glenview, Illinois-based insurer provides supplemental, accident, disability, health and life coverage under Chubb Insurance. Pactera’s Innoveo Skye suite will allow the carrier to shorten the product rollout cycle, eliminate legacy system maintenance costs and improve agent and customer user experience, the companies said.
"We selected Innoveo Skye over several alternatives because we felt this platform gave us the best balance of speed, innovation and flexibility," said Daren Allen, director, independent agency sales and business development for Combined Insurance, in a statement. "The Innoveo Skye platform will help us launch new and innovative supplemental insurance products faster to our agents and their consumers."
Innoveo Skye launched in North America last year. The multi-channel web-based software now supports supplemental life and health, business owner’s policies and commercial property & casualty coverages.
