St. Louis, MO--Genelco Software Solutions, a division of Liberty Insurance Services Corporation (LIS), today announced the newly released version 3.0 of its front-office Web portal product, Genelco LifeView.  Genelco LifeView 3.0 builds upon its common-sense approach to Web access with innovative improvements to function and design.

Enhanced functionality allows insurers to market their products with new product releases appearing on the opening page. Each new release adheres to a schedule and automatically 'falls off' of the page when it expires, reprioritizing the additional information on the page. At-a-glance policy pages have also been updated to include new features such as policy service requests for loan requests, dollar cost averaging and an interest sweep.

"We improved the welcome and policy access pages to make a carrier's important marketing materials easily available to agents, back office personnel and clients,'" said John Mancuso, Director of Research & Development, Genelco Life Solutions. "We also made the policy search engine a powerful cross-selling tool by presenting the results with all relevant policy data plus a list of possible cross-sells for an agent's client base.  Agents can base their searches on specified criteria including such things as currently owned products, riders, face amounts, gender, age, and many other factors.  Now when a carrier has a new product or rider available, they can easily identify existing clients which fall into the demographic for whom the sale item targets."

Genelco LifeView 3.0 was built on the premise that an insurer should not have to program anything to use it. With this idea in mind, customized user menus enable full integration with third party, or in-house internet-ready applications. Policy changes are simplified with online loan requests and systematic withdrawals. With Version 3.0, the resource center, once a simple depository of documents related to particular issues, has improved functionality with one-click access to a customized database of access privileges, information needs, and specific requests. In addition, all areas of the Web site possess impressive security protocols with multiple options for entry.

Another important 3.0 addition allows agents to view all policy commissions and production reporting including all inception-to-date commissions for any policy and up-to-date earned commissions that have not yet been paid.  There are also security options to allow home office personnel to query production and commissions.  Access may be granted to monitor different classifications such as Sales Regions, National Marketing Organization associations, Broker/Dealers, and specified Sales Branches.
