GAIG says HCL will provide integrated IT services, business process outsourcing (BPO) and infrastructure management services to the Cincinnati-based property/casualty and its affiliates. GAIG SVP and CIO Piyush Singh says the company will leverage HCL’s application and process optimization capabilities in business processes ranging from underwriting to claims.

This new relationship will significantly enhance our capabilities in offshore technology support. Moreover, the strategic relationship, coupled with HCL’s core capabilities, will provide operational and strategic flexibility to GAIG.
