Mutual of Enumclaw, an insurer serving individuals, families, farms and businesses, has implemented Xpertdoc Technologies’ CCM document generation and customer communications platform as part of its billing system modernization project.
The insurer, which produces as many as 10,000 documents per day, deployed Xpertdoc’s CCM solution to streamline and update their billing processes, enabling control over document content and design, Xpertdoc said. As an intended result, customer communications, such as invoices and cancellation notices, will be created, managed and delivered more efficiently. The project includes integration with Guidewire’s BillingCenter, and the carrier was able to migrate its entire template library within weeks, Xpertdoc said.

The modernized billing system streamlines workflow, Xpertdoc said, through automation, including PDF generation for each document produced and integration with the insurer’s archival system, while an AFP copy is sent to the print vendor.
