ProSight modernizes core with Duck Creek

ProSight Specialty Insurance has implemented Duck Creek’s core systems technology to customize products and support its ongoing digital strategy, the companies announced.

Duck Creek Policy will help ProSight automate core functions, launch new programs faster and improve customer satisfaction, according to the vendor. The specialty insurer also partnered with Accenture, a Duck Creek platinum premier delivery partner, to integrate its new policy platform with already running internal and third-party systems.

It takes getting those products to market quickly, being able to make changes quickly, and making sure your customers have extraordinary experiences on and offline.”

ProSight’s implementation of Duck Creek spanned all 50 states encompassing 11 lines of business, including commercial auto, property, general liability and workers’ compensation. The insurer joins Westfield Insurance, GEICO, and Foremost Insurance as the vendor’s latest core customers.
