Detica, a UK-based business and technology consultancy, announced that Zurich Insurance Co. Ltd. has extended its global implementation of its NetReveal solution to include their general insurance business. Additional implementation of Detica NetReveal will help Zurich to improve customer service by reducing claim handling times and enhance its anti-fraud capability by identifying criminals attempting to make fraudulent claims, Detica says.
Detica NetReveal is an enterprise financial risk management solution, which, in addition to traditional analytics, uncovers networks of suspicious behavior by finding the hidden relationships between people and data that cannot be found using conventional detection systems, the company says. This solution is designed to provide a single view of customers, scoring individuals and behaviors across an organization’s entire portfolio of products and brands. In doing so, it facilitates the speedy resolution of honest claims while uncovering and prioritizing the risks associated with suspicious activity.
