Calling All Women in Insurance Leadership

Insurance Networking News is pleased to announce the launch of its 2010 call for nominations for its Women in Insurance Leadership (WIL) program, a special designation to honor female insurance executives who have made a significant impact on their businesses.

Since its inception five years ago, INN's presentation of the most influential women in insurance has profiled the extraordinary accomplishments of 32 individuals—whose pursuit of leadership and professional performance has fostered influence that is redefining the insurance business and technology industry landscape.

Judging for the program will include a proven ranking methodology that includes examination of the quantitative and qualitative aspects of the nominee's performance, as well as her overall influence on the institution, the industry and the community in which she lives and works.

"This program has grown exponentially, and every year the competition gets tougher," said Carrie Burns, INN editor and WIL program manager. "INN is looking forward to announcing the 2010 leaders, and sharing how they have positively affected critical processes within the IT and business environments within their organizations."

The top six candidates, along with four "notable achievers," will be featured in a special report published with our September/October 2010 print issue, and will be formally recognized at the third annual Women in Insurance Leadership Forum, hosted by Insurance Networking News in partnership with SMA Inc., from Sept. 26-27, 2010 in Oak Brook, Ill., (near Chicago) in conjunction with the IASA Executive Edge conference.
