Claims Efficiency Goal of The Innovation Group, Document Sciences Deal

Hartford, Conn. - The Innovation Group (TIG), a UK-based provider of policy, claims and conversion technology products and services, will partner with Document Sciences (DocSci), a provider of real-time content publishing products, to automate claims reporting.

TIG will integrate DocSci's xPression content publishing product with the company's Claims 3.0, an integrated, end-to-end claims solution that supports the entire lifecycle of a claim - from first notice of loss, through settlement, recovery and customer satisfaction assessment. With xPression, clients will be able to generate highly customized claims-related documents, as well as on-demand correspondence by print, e-mail and the Web.

TIG also recently appointed Keith Nicolai as vice president of U.S. claims. Nicolai joins TIG after spending eight years with American Management Systems where he served as director of Consulting Services.
